When we say we take sustainability seriously, we mean it. Our hot wax starter kit was designed from scratch with a sustainability manager:

♻️ Reusable tools: cleaning towel, bottles, brushes. Made to re-use.
🌱 Bio-based liquids: Our degreaser and ethanol are biodegradable.
✂️ Cotton strings only: Not a plastic tie in sight.
♻️ Fully cradle-to-cradle philosophy: what comes around, gets reused.
Why hot wax is clean for the environment too
A hot waxed chain isn’t just clean and fast.It’s sustainable, too. Here’s why:
🔁 Chain lifespan x3: which means 3x fewer chains = 3x less waste
🌍 Less steel production: Steel is energy-intensive, so longer-lasting chains = lower impact
🔥 No degreaser needed: unlike oil, hot wax doesn't require harsh cleaners
☣️ 0 PFAS or ‘forever chemicals’: sadly still found in some oil lubes
